The Colony Parks and Recreation Department is now partnering with Rainout Line to update field status!

Ways to see field status:

• Go to rainoutline.com and search for The Colony Parks and Recreation Department 
  
• Go to playtcsports.com
• Download the app on your phone
• Call 469-217-4064

Notification Options:

• Subscribe to text notifications  Subscribe Here
• Subscribe to email notifications  Subscribe Here
• Push notifications from mobile app. (There have been a few issues with receiving push notifications on apple devices. Rainout Line is aware of this and will be pushing out a new version of the App soon sometime in September. Until then we suggest not relying on the push notification feature!)
• We will no longer be calling to notify rentals of closures. It is up to the rental to subscribe or view the status.

What each status means:

• Green = Open
• Red = Closed
• Yellow = Partially Open (a note will be attached explaining such as outfield only)

When will we update?:

• We will only be updating the field status when it is questionable or when there is a change in status. We will no longer be updating it every day. Field Status will be updated by 3:30pm when needed.

Refunds & Credits:

• If TCPARD closes fields you can receive a credit for future reservations or a refund back to your card. A credit for future reservations will be automatically added to your account. In order to get a refund back to your card you would need to request one by emailing kgeorge@thecolonytx.gov.
