The Colony Parks and Recreation partners with Rainout Line for field status updates!

The Rainout Line is updated by 3:30pm if it is necessary. All renters are responsible to check Rainout line prior to using the fields.

Perry Weather Alert System

The Colony Parks and Recreation partners with Perry Weather for lightning detection stations!

The lightning detection system will sound when there is a lightning strike within 10 miles of the complex. 

• Warning Signal: One long second horn blast and a yellow warning light will begin to flash
• All Clear Signal: Three short horn blasts, two seconds apart, and the yellow warning light will stop flashing. 

 When the system is active you must suspend play and leave the fields immediately to take shelter. 

Athletic Field Reservation Policies

• No same day field reservations
• All cancelation requests must be done two business days in advance to be considered for a refund or credit.
• All change requests must be done two business days in advance and will be charged a $5 change fee.

The Colony Parks and Recreation uses Amilia - Smart Rec for all field scheduling. We highly suggest utilizing your account to view what reservations you have booked. You will be able to see what field you have booked, date and time. This is a great tool to help keep track of your reservations. If you qualify for a long term payment plan you can make payments on this account as well. 

Long Term Reservations

Long Term Rental Information

A long term rental is considered reserving a field for five or more dates at one time. 

Long Term reservation requests are considered on a first come first serve basis and resident status.
